Is it proper to publicly glorify the Lord’s transcendental pastimes without considering the audience’s qualification?

Unfortunate people do not understand the essential meaning of rasa-llla just as a pig does not understand the importance of a garland of pearls. Desiring the welfare of unqualified persons, I have thus completed my glorification of the Lord, considering that the time was appropriate.
