All Vaishnavas reject Namaparadha
Namaparadha sakala vaisnava-matrerai varjjaniya
However, in order to achieve the opulence of bhakti, all Vaishnavas always avoid namaparadha.
At the stage of Bhava-seva, Sevaparadha is negligible
Bhava-sevaya sevaparadha vicara svalpa
One who is not engaged in Deity worship, who resides in a secluded place, who practices bhajana day and night, is situated on the path of bhava.
Constantly avoid namaparadha because those ten offenses against the Name are the repositories of all miseries.
When namaparadha disappears, bhava-seva emerges. Therefore, offenses do not occur at this level.
One who is engaged in meditation on the Name should perform Bhava-seva
Nama smarana karidera bhava-sevai kartavya
By meditating on the Name, bhava-seva manifests. O Lord, Your Mercy brings about this good fortune in the life of the Jiva.
The various aspects of sadhana-bhakti essentially all culminate in nama-prema.
Therefore, one should chant the Holy Name of Krishna and immerse oneself in nama-rasa. One should not practice other types of bhajana.
By the power of Hari Dasa’s teachings, this beggar practices the kirtana of Hari-nama Cintamani.
iti sri-hari-nama-cintamanau sevaparadha-vicar nama
caturdasah paricchedah
Thus ends the fourteenth chapter of Sri Hari-nama Cintamani entitled
“A deliberation on Sevaparadha, offenses against Seva”.
