The word #nabha may be translated in a number of ways.
In the present context, we are discussing nabha as a substance permeating the whole creation, making possible the propagation of sound (sabda). Therefore, we may translate it as “ether”.
Srila Prabhupada says that we can perceive the existence of ether by sound. It’s the subtler between the gross elements, so much that it is thinner than air. You can touch air, but you can’t touch ether.
Modern scientists say that there is no propagation of sound in space, but this is incorrect. We may not be able to perceive it, but ether is present all over creation and therefore, sound can be perceived everywhere.
In the book “Brilliant as the Sun”
www.isvara.org
there is a list of Vedic sciences and one of those is called Mantra Vidya, which is the science of sound (mantra). I don’t have knowledge of any books on this subject, nor if there is any translation in English.
As far as scientists catching sound from other planets, it may be that they have registered some kind of sound in other planets (proof that ether is present everywhere), but I am skeptic by nature, or I should say, they’ve made me skeptic about them saying the truth. If I do not have evidence, especially if an information comes from people who have been caught repeatedly lying, I prefer to maintain a respectful disinterest over what they say.
To accept something you cannot see or understand by yourself, you need some level of faith. Materialistic scientists do not deserve it, the Vedas do.

Hare Krishna!! Reverencias queridos Devotos!! Acepte mis respetuosas reverencias Manonatha Mahārāja!!! Vanca Kalpa!!! 🙏🏼✨
Hare Krishna!! Muchísimas gracias!! 📿👌🏼💖✨🙏🏼🌅
