The five types of remembrance
Panca-vidha smarana
The five types of remembrance are: smarana (remembrance), dharana (steady remembrance), dhyana (meditation), anusmriti (constant remembrance) and samadhi (total absorption).
The moment when the stage of Bhava arises
Bhavapana dasara udaya kala
The moment the remembrance of one’s svarupa becomes samadhi, one attains the stage of bhava.
One’s state of being at that moment
Se samaye ye avastha haya
At that moment when one identifies himself with his siddha-deha, he will completely defeat the influence of the material body.
He then resides in Vraja with his own eternal svarupa. In the stage of attaining one’s bhava, one sees the forests of Vraja in their eternal forms.
In Apana-dasa, one attains Svarupa-Siddhi, and at the stage of Vastu-Siddhi, one’s subtle body is uprooted
Apane svarupa-siddhi, vastu-siddhi linga-bhange
During apana-dasa, one who is fortunate obtains svarupa-siddhi[1]. The moment the subtle body is uprooted, one attains vastu-siddhi, which is the wealth of sampatti-dasa[2].
The results of Sadhana-Siddhi
Sadhana-siddhira phala
Those who have attained sadhana-siddhi are equal to those who are nitya-siddha as both serve Krishna day and night.
[1] Svarupa-siddhi is the stage where a devotee becomes aware of his svarupa, his spiritual identity.
