The mercy of Krsna and His devotees is the agent by which our senses arc purified. Out of compassion the sadhus give this mercy to the devotees through their association. We cannot become properly qualified by following the paths of karma, jnana, or yoga. Only by the strength of devotional faith and association with devotees is material illusion conquered.
